Aloha! Welcome to Pacific Rim Mix Plate web page!

Pacific Rim Mix Plate serving Hawaiian fusion cuisine mix plates from many multi ethnic immigrants who migrated to the Hawaiian islands.

Chef Mike prepares these dishes in keeping his heart "Hang loose with Aloha” - a philosophy of the islanders' lifestyle i.e. keeping it simple and Pono from the heart! (Pono is a Hawaiian word means doing it right)

Here's a little note from Mike on "keeping it simple and Pono from the heart":

"I like to eat my food good and healthy, so the fats in our chicken, pork and beef are trimmed off as much as possible. If you don't like rice, you have a choice to replace it with Salad or Pasta".

Chef Mike's suggestions:

1) If you don't like deep fried food, then go for the Huli Huli BBQ chicken (barbecued and oven cooked) or Huli Huli Pork Spare Rib ( oven cooked). But these two dishes are limited, only available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. However, we have many other non deep fried dishes like Loco Beef, Luau Steak, Teriyaki Steak, Teriyaki Chicken, Teriyaki Pork, Creamy Tarragon Fish, Ginger Miso Fish, Ginger Butter Fish & Prawn and Salmon.

 2) We have many sauces to choose from: Creamy Tarragon, Spicy Pele, Huli Huli, Wasabi and Spicy Honey Garlic. Our popular sauce is the Mixed Sauce (Creamy Tarragon and Spicy Pele). If you like extra hot sauce, try our "Rim of Fire".

If you would like to experience casual dining that tickles your taste buds then come and visit us, and please, don't forget to bring your aloha because food will taste MO BETTA!

Thank you and Mahalo!
